So, I am going with Printful over Printify!
I am opening up an online clothing store with Shopify, and I have been looking into both Printful and Printify, both of whom seem to be the top dogs.
Now, most videos on YouTube seem to suggest going with Printify, but looking deeper into it, I think Printful is the better choice for me.
Yes, it may work out more expensive at first glance, however, I really want my product to have a high quality. And not just the physical product itself, but also the overall shopping experience for the customer.
So, although it is more expensive, I think the high quality product and service will bring back repeat customers, and create more word of mouth and positive reviews, leading to more future sales and therefore more profit in the long run.
At least that's my current line of thinking.
But I definitely want to hear what others have to say.
I am thinking of having a printed logo on the back of the shirts (inside or outside, not yet decided). Or maybe an embroidered logo. I also want some decent packaging with a friendly note card of some kind, to thank them for the purchase and hopefully it will act as a reminder or just some good will to bring them back to the store again.
Again, this is essentially more expense for me on my end, but I am hoping it leads to a better quality service and therefore more profit in the long run.
Someone also mentioned sending a heartwarming email to any customers thanking them for the purchase too.
Does anyone have any other ideas or recommendations like this?
Anything I can do to improve my store and sales, even if it is a higher cost to me?
