Epoxy garage floor

This guy wants me to pressure wash what appears to be an epoxy garage floor, haven’t done that before, based off what I’ve read online so far seems ok, but I’m curious about with these stains what some of the veterans on here think I should do chemical wise when dealing with an epoxy floor. Also curious how y’all would quote it
