Looking for the best solar generator

I’m looking to get a solar generator along with panels. I would like to get something that has room to grow in the future if I want to add more battery to it. My trouble is it seems like everything has some pretty nasty reviews. Ideally I would use this to power a fridge freezer combo along with a chest freezer through power outages. I know I’ll have to have my budget at minimum a couple thousand. What set up would you all push? Anyone found that they love what they have or hate what they got? I’m by no means rich so I just want to insure I pick something that I’ll be happy with if I’m investing so much into it. Thank you in advance!
