Why this text layer is not visible on the other side of an "Invisible Boundry"

The text layer won't show if I try to move it more towards left! It just disappears.

I don't have any mask active. I just want to keep the text close to the base video boundry, but premiere won't let me do it. I have tried moving it with the Essential Graphics layer position properties.

Please help.
