help with school list? 3.9x/525 low research

hi! applying this cycle and struggling with school list since admit just gives me research-heavy schools as “targets” but they all seem like crazy reaches and i’d like to make a balanced list!

NC resident ORM

MCAT 525, GPA 3.9x

Community Service (800 hrs)

  • Americorps - teach nutrition classes to underserved population + help run a free community resource center at local middle school + support community health assessment

Research (400 hrs)

  • 2 years in neurophysiology lab, 1 poster about honors thesis at university symposium (honestly didnt feel like i did much)
  • 90 hours doing nutrition research in community i work in, but this was just starting up and was paused by cdc (way more meaningful and interesting research to me tho)

Clinical (900 hrs)

  • Scribing at rural primary care clinic (under Americorps service)

Leadership (~1200 hrs)

  • National President of student org. Main thing I did in undergrad, led leadership workshops around country, supported conferences, represented the org to partners etc
  • 150 hours in minor leadership role in prehealth org (2yrs)
  • 80 hours stu gov comms doing graphic design

Nonclinical volunteering + employment

  • 150 hours taught nutrition classes at elementary school afterschool
  • 150 hours volunteering for same national student org at conferences + 50 hours doing free graphic design for them (t shirts logos etc)
  • 500 hours as cook in food service (gap semester freshman fall, worked full time then and summer after freshman yr too)
  • 50 hrs caregiver for elderly (paid)

Shadowing (hopefully 50 hrs but i need to get on this)

Honors - Phi Beta Kappa - GPA Based x 2

i made this list but it feels top heavy: UNC Duke (PC Leadership Track) ECU BU UChicago Einstein Columbia Bassett (maybe) Emory WashU Mt. Sinai

would really appreciate any help/school suggestions - thank you!
