How can you tell where you stand?

Firstly, I didn't decide I wanted to become a doctor and fully commit to it until about 6 months ago. I'm still getting my bearings and just re-entered school after 2 years as an incoming sophomore (24yo.) How does anyone decide how competitive their stats are and what they need to prioritize? I just feel like I'm incredibly behind and not doing enough? Currently I'm purely focusing on keeping my GPA high and getting research hours. Should I be speedrunning classes needed for the MCAT instead in order to take it next year? I plan on using part of summer for volunteering. I sense a gap year or masters in my future. I'd love to hear opinions about my current app./stats. I've attached my current academic plan and stats. Note: I recognize summer 25' is crazy, Full time status must be maintained to receive VA benefits, unfortunately tuition doesn't pay itself.

GPA: 3.92

MCAT: Not taken.
