No yolk?

I'm in the very early stages of pregnancy about 5 weeks 4 days maybe even a little earlier. I had an early scan yesterday and they found the gestational sac but couldnt find the yolk? The sac has fluid, my lining is thickened and there is a small cystic area on my ovaries ( or tube cant remember was alot to take in) has anyone had this and then gone on to have a healthy pregnancy where theyve managed to find the baby after? After losses already I really dont want to lose this one too. Thank you in advance.
