Sex in early pregnancy. When did you do it?

My first two pregnancies were successful and I don’t remember withholding or worrying about sex at any point during them. Last summer I had a MC, and last month I had a CM. I know the cm wasn’t caused from sex, but I started bleeding right after we had sex and then continued until the labs and us confirmed there was no hcg or sac. Now I’m 4w5d and so scared to have sex. We haven’t had it since I conceived (I didn’t know I was ovulating at that time) and even though I know it’s not the cause of anything going wrong, I can’t bring myself to do it because I’m too scared. When did you have sex after finding out you were pregnant?
