Really high HCG at 6 weeks? 167k+

I just got my blood results back and my HCG levels are really high.. I was really confused when I saw the number on my report and started googling, found out that these levels are not normal at all 😩 I‘m freaking out I want this baby so bad and am going to be devastated if it ends in a loss… I haven’t had a scan yet or anything. Debating if I should just go to the ER now and get it checked. Has anyone had high levels like this and it turned out normal??
