Non Invasive Prenatal Paternity Test

Some places I've researched say it can be done as early as 7 weeks... but I know the amount of fetal DNA in the bloodstream is minimal at that point, so it may have to be redone. What's the earliest you can take the test while reducing the chances of not having enough fetal DNA in the blood sample?
