Will the hemorrhoids ease up?

I’m 27 weeks and I’ve had hemorrhoids for at least 3 weeks now. They are awful. They ease up, I think I’m in the clear and then they’re back and worse. It’s ruining my sex life, it’s already dwindling bc I’m pregnant and the only position I can do is doggy, but I don’t want him staring at my hemorrhoids and neither does he. Mine are external idk if all hemorrhoids are but they are awful. I have cream. I do sitz baths. I rest like they tell me to. They just won’t go away.
