Flying/altitude with PPPD

Hello. Can anyone please share their experiences with flying, I don’t mean the chaos and madness of travel and airports that makes all of our life difficult but I mean the actual flying like has anyone had any problems with PPPD worsening with the ALTITUDE. Thank you for any feedback.
