Has anyone’s PPPD completely gone away on Lexapro and then come back?

I went on 10mg of Lexapro about 4 months ago and my PPPD completely went away. Now it seems like it’s coming back and I’m still on Lexapro. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I up my dose? I thought it was completely gone and now I’m horrified.
