How should i go about Increasing bench from 130kg to 140kg
I am 21M 104.9 kg and currently cutting. I have been going 2 years to the gym and have made some good gains but i do have alot of fat. My goal weight is to drop down 90 kg and slowly work my way to a 140kg bench.
How should i got about my way of increasing it? I have followed programms in the past and i am actively doing a lot of cardio with kickboxing.
