And don't we have regulations for this kind of thing? How is this meaningfully different from a scratchcard?

I ask because other Poshmark lotteries DO follow provincial regulations, despite no direct initial monetary "buy-in" (like Make a Deal Days).

If anyone has insight into why the weekly listing streak card-flip is able to get around that I'd be very interested. If they're not publishing the usernames of people who win the $50 prize (1:4 odds?!) then I sincerely doubt that the game is on the "up and up" so to speak.
