Contractor poured coping and it's warped.

36' long stretch. It bows out more than 2½" in the center compared to the far end, which is also pinched in at the car corner for some reason. I wasn't here when they poured it. I called him when I got home and he asked me right when he answered the phone, "Do you love it?" I told him I disappointed it's not straight, especially considering the vantage point coming down the pathway will look directly along this edge. He said it's the best they could do. There's a lot else going on when the project and I'm trying to be reasonable but I'm pissed. As you all know when you spend this kind of money, perfection is the goal. What does reddit think?
