Advice on Managing Bicep Tendon Pain
Hi everyone,
I’m a 6-month-old pole baby, and I absolutely love every aspect of it! Before I started pole, I was hitting the gym, so my strength was already decent as a beginner, and I’ve made good progress.
While I’m happy with how far I’ve come, I’ve noticed that the tendons in my biceps are almost always a little sore or in mild pain. Thankfully, the discomfort usually goes away within 2-3 days. I train twice a week, take magnesium glycinate, get regular massages, eat well, and generally take good care of my body.
Does anyone have tips or advice on how I can better care for my arms and manage the soreness? I’d love to avoid any long-term injuries, so any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
