What do the good regs do better than others in your games?

Just curious to read some replies. In the games I play (2/5) it's always a bit of a nightmare to have one of the better regs on my immediate left or a couple of seats to my left as I know so many more of my opens will get 3bet or squeezed. That's the main difference I notice more than anything else.
