I can't enter the app

Hi, Since this morning, I have been trying to enter the app but It doesn't work. At the start, i received a message in which said that i needed to erase my cache and try again but I didn't work also. Then I received another notification in which states that the app is closed due to an error and I should update it when the publisher proposes a solution. Does anyone have the same problem as me? If not, should I go to Niantic Support in order to solve it? Thanks in advance.
