If you thought your daily incense luck is bad..

I decided to consistently get better about my daily incense usage since the release of the shiny Galarian Birds. Odds aren't 1/100 for me, yet others have caught MULTIPLE shiny Galarian Birds. I can't even get the chance to see one....been playing faithfully since the release in 2016, yet still.habe a bad account.
