Will remote raids be enabled for the rayquaza makeup day?

I've just read the blog post regarding the special makeup day and they stated that the remote raid limit would be upped to 20 for the duration of the event but didnt say if rayquaza would be remote raid-able.

With the inability to remote raid being largely the biggest issue people had with the elite raid day; do we know if they're going to unlock it?
