I need help with PvP

I've countless hours in this game as a casual but I just recently wanted to get into PvP as a lvl 32 so I can grind rare candies and dust

I play mostly in UL and my team consists of -Volt Switch/Nature's Madness Tapu Koko -Waterfall/Surf Kyogre -Fury Cutter/Leaf Blade Sceptile

I haven't found much success and wanted to know what I could do or what I could strive for to win more, whether it be changing my team comp or learning battle tips
