Pokemon Home just lost my living dex

I had a living Pokedex up to the Sun/Moon generation on my Pokemon Home for android. Before Scarlett/Violet was delivered today, I wanted to fix Pokémon HOME for my Switch because it wouldn't work for some reason.

While troubleshooting I then lost access to Pokémon HOME on my Android. So I contacted support, gave them my info and they came back and were like "okay it should be fixed!"

They completely reset my Pokémon Home and even with the same Nintendo account being linked all my Pokémon are seemingly gone.

400 hours of my life down the drain.
