A wild EEVEE appeared! … is it okay? [OC]

This voodoo eevee is based on the original drawing I did last Oct (second slide) This is my second sprite, now with movement! I quite literally started attempting pixel art about 3 days ago, and what better way to practice than on my own weird creations! It’s not in the real Pokemon style, but I’m still rather pleased
