Kanto region

So I just downloaded pokemmo and started in the kanto region (fire red version), will I have access to all Pokémon from the other regions or will it only be the kanto region? Also are the moves correct? What I mean is back in gen 3 shadow ball, for example, was a physical move, but when gen 4 came out, gamefreak did the physical and special split so shadow ball is now a special move.
