Bear With Me: tips for starting out a podcast?

I have a vision to do a podcast called Bear With Me- bears are my favorite animal and I am a creative who just wants to start a podcast.

What are your tips for starting out a podcast, especially one where there’s not much of a structure - it’s just deep dives and Reddit stories?
