Carcha or giga?or both?

Hello guys im trying figure out what to tame, yesterday i saw a beautiful looking 104 carcha but while i was preparing to tame it. it dis pawn and now theres a level 100 giga instead but i found another carcha but is level 27 in the snow biome, need yalls opinion on which to tame thanks.
