Need Alliance features more than anything...

The features that strike me as most urgent to add to the game are alliance features. We need to be able to look at other alliances *without* having to leave our current alliance to do so. We need to be able to see the *members* other other alliances we might want to join and the Eras they are in. We need multiple alliance chat channels instead of just one comment thread for everything...
