suddenly droopy and yellowing schefflera?

got this schefflera 4 days ago, it was green and happy and sturdy. 2 days ago some leaves started drooping, and now they have started yellowing a bit. I’ve had it 2 or 3 feet from a west facing window, and have not watered it since i got it, as the soil is moist. i haven’t seen any pests (she’s a little dusty rn…), and i have a smaller schefflera in a similar spot that is doing well. how can i help her?
