My pothos curling, drooping and yellowing

Propagated this pothos but a few days after I potted it it started yellowing, curling and drooping. I water it 2 or 3 ish tablespoons once a week. In the third picture you can see how far away it is from my plant growth light that’s for 12 hours a day. Should I move it to a smaller pot?
