Why do these jade leaves look cracked?

This guy is at my husband’s office near a pretty bright window. I’m terrible with directions, so I’m not sure which direction the window is facing. He lives in succulent soil with added perlite in a pot with drainage, and gets watered about once every two weeks. Is this sun damage, overwatering, or something else?
