Any advice? 🙏
I have what I think is a ghost cactus (it was gifted to me so I’m not entirely certain) and it’s been doing great for over a year and a half, until now. It recently began turning pink, and only seems to be getting worse. After doing some research I thought the soil might be too damp so I decided to replace it and add in some extra perlite with it. The pot has drainage (I honestly haven’t ever routinely watered it as it was thriving on its own) i’m in Florida so we get lot of rain during the summer. I’d sit it aside out of the rain when I could, but there were plenty of times I wasn’t able to, yet I still never had a problem. It started looking unhealthy during our now dry season. For sunlight: gets the morning direct sun from the East, always has. I didn’t change anything location/water wise prior to this, it’s always been great where it is. If anyone had any tips I’d greatly appreciate it, I’m not very knowledgeable on plants but this one is a favorite of mine :/
