New to Collecting - Looking for a Good Website

Hey everyone, I've recently had my childhood love for pokemon cards reignited again by discovering all those awesome full arts that've been released in the last several years. I was wondering if anyone knows of any websites where I can go through all of the cards and make a custom collection of cards I want that I can refer to and check off whenever I get any, instead of writing them all down in my notes or something. Thanks for any help you guys can offer!
