Looking for a new sushi place to try

So my girlfriend and I both love sushi, I have been sushi lover since I was 6 and I got her into it about a year and a half ago. I’m mostly a nigiri guy and like different and unique pieces. She likes it too but is more into sashimi than me and we of course both like rolls. Our normal spots are Kiku, Kura, Ichiban and we have tried Pho Kim 88 (was ok) and a place by the bethel park Walmart. I care about quality and selection and getting a good size platter for the money. Normally we do a sushi or two or love boat etc. not looking for crazy expensive like Uni or Gi Jin. Was thinking about trying little Tokyo or sushi Kim. Anywhere else we should try?
