Best Mexican restaurants that aren’t a taqueria?

Basically title.

Craving Mexican right now but I don’t really want tacos. What’s your favorite Mexican restaurant that has a large variety? My current fave is Patron (I’m a sucker for their chipotle chicken), but I’m making an effort this year to spend more time exploring local, non-chain restaurants and supporting small businesses. Searched on this sub and it seems like nearly every place recommended in previous threads only/primarily sells tacos.
