Pcx rework

I have not played the pcx rework yet but i have watched many videos on it. and he sucks. i started to main this character do to the fact of me loving sonic as a franchise but thinking i could have loads of fun with people in vc. now its impossible to server wipe. neo metal is my favorite sonic character out of all of em and now i might not be able to get his pcx skin since hes diamond. i feel its as if diamonding exe is more worth it now.
