Is my navel piercing rejecting?

I’ve had my navel piercing for 3 months and I feel like it has migrated up. It doesn’t look like it’s coming out of the top of my belly button anymore but in front of it. It’s also super irritated all the time when it used to not be. I haven’t changed or downsized the jewelry since I got it pierced, it just a curved barbell. I usually wash it with antibacterial soap and saline every day but there has been a couple times I have forgotten. Is there a chance that if it is wrong that I can get it repierced or no?
