Liszt Liebestraum no 3 or Chopin Etude 25/1?

Hi guys! I've been playing piano for 9 years and I'm currently finishing up my AMEB Certificate of Performance exam. After this I an thinking of learning either Chopin's Etude 25/1 or Liszt's Liebestraum no 3. Which one would be more manageable and what technical difficulties do they each have? Thanks!
