Yellow screen after battery replacement

Hi. I put in a new battery myself and now the screen has an oversaturated yellow hue when there's supposed to be a white background. I took the phone apart again reseated and cleaned the connection witn isopropyl and the issue still remains. Only odd thing I can think of is maybe I overheated the phone with the heat gun when trying to soften the adhesive? I don't know how that would affect the screen, the screen was set well apart from the base of the phone. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
