How to find SG work

Hello! I wish to work in SG and hopefully soon.

I'm a business admin graduate and have more than 6 years experience na in different industries and different roles. I'm currently an Acocunt Manager in a software company but my talents flourished when I was in operations middle management so I was thinking na maybe I'll apply for roles in operations na lang in SG. Relocation is not a problem since I have a sister there na. A few years ago, I tried to apply in SG for about a year with no luck of even getting an interview, so I tried move to a different role locally in Ph so that I have a role I can leverage on future roles or interviews.

I saw some other post that specialised roles in tech and science has more chances than management roles but I just want to know what other ways I can up my chances?

I've been applying for a few roles online and some would take me to mycareersfuture and from what I've gathered this site is for locals only.

Any advice will do.
