Halloween in Fishtown, what to expect

First Halloween in Fishtown. I've heard from friends with houses that they get upwards of 500 kids. I live in a condo on Frankford Ave. I've always wanted to be in a big Halloween area, but unsure what Frankford specifically might look like. I've got a street-side balcony and dreams of rigging up a bell and pulley system.
