Only certain circumstances can make the effect of phenibut noticeable?

Hi. Im new to phenibut. Wanted to try if it helps me in the near future for job interview and during school hours of handling students n colleagues (aiming to secure teaching job).

My problem now is, im a stay at home mum that rarely go out or meet people, for now.

I couldnt find the best circumstances yet to test the phenibut pill. I experimented 2 times with diff dose, both during occasion of not meeting people. And no noticeable changes. Thinking maybe its bcs i took it without interacting with ppl much, so i didnt notice if it works for me or not.

Phenibut is expensive here, i dont want to waste any of it by trying them ehile im only staying at home. Should i wait till i have to meet ppl to try it? Really appreciates any respond, TQ.
