Shoes for standing

What kind of shoes are you guys wearing to work? at times we are standing for a longer period of time and my feet ache so bad. It’s easier when we’re at least walking around or moving them so often. Just standing is getting harder with the pain at the end of the day. Any recommendations? Brand? Shoe-line? I’m looking a mid option. Not too cheap but not so expensive either. Somewhere in the middle. I’m open to any suggestions, thanks
