Is it too late to unionize in the U.S. ?

Might be a dumb question and more just looking for steps to take to maybe make a union possible at my location. With the restructuring happening soon and already seeing fellow coworkers getting paid less to do work that other positions of higher pay once did but now don't exist, I really would love more information on how to approach this. I looked up "union" on this page and most of what I'm seeing is 4+ months old. Any and all information is appreciated, thank you all in advance!!
