Baby roach? Hopefully not German. Miami Beach, FL

I found the attached in my upstairs master bathroom floating in the tub after we filled it. I don’t believe I see the distinctive “white stripe” on its head but I’ve also never seen a German (roach) in person.

I forgot to measure, but maybe half a centimeter to a centimeter long? The last photo has my thumb nail for reference.

This might be the second or third tiny one I’ve seen in as many months, which makes me a bit concerned. In the past, we could find a giant “palmetto bug” dead or stunned every couple of months, but they were typically downstairs and entrants from outside, and have stopped once we plugged a lot of gaps in the walls and exterior.

We have a monthly exterminator service but they usually do the outside only. They did however spray inside on the last spray, a few weeks ago.
