Thoughts on Lasagna in Perth?
Was having my mum's lasagna for dinner and she got to talking about the taste (or lack thereof) of lasagna available around the place, whether ready made from the shops or at various restaurants, and was curious what others' experiences have been, and whether they also thought a lot of lasagna you find is rather tasteless?
Is finding lasagna you consider good difficult? Something you prefer homemade?
Often times I've found lasagnas I've tried on average are a sort of wet stack of lasagna sheets swimming in what gives the impression of a bland powdered cheese sauce mixed with an okay-ish pasta sauce, a smattering of mince thrown between the sheets for good measure.
Maybe I just need to go out try more lasagnas? xD I don't know.
