Pest control problem

Hello, been living in an apartment for 5 years in the CBD and generally very clean. We have recently noticed that a few of our temporary mattresses and a sofa cause a funny itching everytime someone sits on them or uses them. There are no visible bugs or bedbugs problems. The only visible thing is dust. We are trying to figure out what we should do? Perhaps call in some pest control to assess what might be the problem?

Any suggestions or experience would be much appreciated.
