Has anybody heard of a Frodobot?

There’s a weird robot with wheels and a 360 camera roaming around parks in Lathlain.

It has a laminated sheet on it describing it as a Frodobot. Have been on the website and it doesn’t have much info on what it is and what it’s used for?

Has anybody heard of it or seen it? It’s creeping me out.
