What are my tax options?

I know this is a question for my cpa but I’m still waiting on my w2 from my job and she told me to get all my documents before going in. Just getting an idea of what’s going to happen.

Long story short, I was working for my family and unfortunately 2024 was a rough year for business. Eventually I had to find something else but in the process, I blew through my 3 months of emergency and I was not able to save for taxes. Started my new job in October and getting taxes taken now. So far I might have maybe 20% saved of what I paid last year but what about the remainder? Payment plans or extension?

Also, got married in November 16 2024 and my wife’s taxes are super easy. This year, turbo tax is telling her we have file together? If we file together, will her return get eating up by my taxes due?
