Seller stopped replying to me

So I ordered a sword off a seller couple weeks ago and I really need it by Christmas however I don’t think I’ll be getting it by then because I’ve emailed them multiple times on multiple accounts and haven’t yet to get a response it’s been 3 days . However I never got a tracking number or anything so im assuming it’s okay to dispute the charge since it hasn’t even been shipped since they said they would email me with the tracking number when it does ship but I haven’t gotten that email. Just asking on here do you think it’ll be safe to dispute it if I haven’t even got a tracking number ?
